We have recently completed our 47th year in business and as our founders stated we have been blessed with three things that we can attribute to our success.
First of all we have the best employees ever.
Second we have great customers.
Third we continue to conduct ourselves with good ethical business practices.
We have been blessed with healthy growth the past few years. In order to support that growth we are going to place the operation of the construction department and the sales department under one manager.
Lowell Horn has been promoted to Corporate Sales Manager and the construction and sales departments shall report to him.
Chuck Tackett will continue to be responsible for our construction department as well as our equipment and fleet of vehicles.
Bob Marincic shall continue to support our sales, estimating, and construction departments as Technical Manager. Bob shall oversee our quality control program for all in-house jobs and develop installation procedures for different installation practices. He will also be responsible for our overseeing our inventory rotation and stocking programs.
Eric McWhorter shall take on a different role, Regional Construction Coordinator, by taking responsibility of managing the local and in-house projects. Eric will report to Lowell Horn in this capacity.
Eric will continue leading the Safety Department as Safety Manager, with the addition of a to be named aid Safety Coordinator. Eric, Safety Manager, will report directly to John A Fry, Vice President and Safety Director.
